Educational and Professional Information

Our website and resources provide educational, leadership-development, organizational, ministry, and consulting information. They are not legal, medical, mental-health, tax, or financial advice and do not replace advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

Assessments

WOW assessments are developmental tools intended to support reflection, conversation, and planning. Scores are not clinical diagnoses, legal conclusions, guarantees of readiness, or predictions of organizational success. Decisions should consider your full context and, when appropriate, advice from governing leaders and qualified professionals.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Examples, testimonials, and prior results describe individual experiences. Results vary according to context, participation, leadership decisions, organizational conditions, and implementation. We do not promise any particular personal, financial, ministry, or organizational outcome.

Purchases and Digital Access

Prices and included services are displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and account information. Access to digital products is personal to the purchaser unless an offer expressly permits organizational or group use.

Refund, cancellation, expiration, and payment terms are governed by the terms displayed with the applicable offer, any signed service agreement, and applicable law.

Coaching and Consulting Engagements

Coaching, consulting, facilitation, mediation, and organizational projects may require a separate written agreement describing scope, responsibilities, fees, scheduling, confidentiality, and cancellation terms. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, frameworks, assessments, course materials, guides, presentations, graphics, and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to Wards of Wisdom Associates. You may use purchased or downloaded materials for your own personal or internal organizational purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, modify, teach from, or create derivative commercial products from the materials without written permission.

You are responsible for information you submit. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, threatening, or harmful content, or confidential information you do not have authority to share. You grant us permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to you and deliver the requested service.

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s account, scrape protected materials, or use the services in violation of law or another person’s rights.
